Keyframe
Keyframe is an exhibition featuring artists who have pioneered various forms and techniques of animation. In a world of mass information through the internet, it is hard to find well researched concentrated documents of information about a topic. This exhibition helps not only compile but highlight the important overlooked parts of the history of animation.
The target audience was Animation fans and general readers who have an interest in the history and development of animation.
I Defined and pinpointed the six major figures and innovations of animation in one book.
I learned a lot about editorial, exhibition design from this project. the process of researching figures and resources to curate various information was a new experience. Incorporating parts of animation history such as the use of non-photo blue, comic fonts, color palette from story boards into my designed book, gallery, and poster was fun.
