These style frames for an animated identity spot for Spotify focus on positive change that music can bring to our lives. Centered on the concept of healing, the story shows how music can lead people towards hope. We touch on the isolating feeling of mental illness and the journey to regaining the will to fight back. With a twist on the trope of a depressed character in a bathtub, butterflies characterize the heaviness of their problems and a stormy ocean for the turmoil within. Hope is seen through the lighthouse that lifts the butterflies off, allowing our character to begin to stand up again.
